2. The contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we process the details you enter yourself: your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number and your message. We use them to answer your question and to get in touch with you.

The website does not store your submission. It is sent as an email to info@vwa.agency and after that it only lives in our mailbox. Your email address is placed in the reply-to line of that email so we can respond directly.

3. Applying for a job

When you apply through the form on our careers page or on a vacancy page, we process what you enter yourself: your name, your email address, your phone number, the vacancy, your motivation and, if you add it, your CV. We use these details only to assess your application and to get in touch with you.

The website does not store your application either: it arrives as an email, with your CV attached, at info@vwa.agency. Only the people on our side involved in the procedure read it. If you are not offered the job, we delete your details no later than four weeks after the procedure ends. We keep them longer only with your consent, for example to contact you about a future vacancy.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. These are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are only placed once you allow them; if you decline, the site clears the corresponding cookies. Your choice lasts thirty days and you can change it at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Exactly which cookies those are is in the cookie statement .

Your browser also keeps two preferences locally: vwa:sticky-cta-dismissed, so the floating invitation stays closed once you dismiss it, and vwa:lang, so the site remembers your language choice. Those values stay on your own device and never reach us.

5. Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare: hosts this website and handles form submissions before they are sent on as email. In doing so Cloudflare processes the technical data that comes with any website visit, such as your IP address.
• SMTP2GO: delivers the email containing your form submission. The contents of the form pass through their system.
• Google (reCAPTCHA): checks, once you start filling in a form, whether it is submitted by a human rather than an automated script. This sends your IP address and on-page behaviour to Google, including outside the European Union. Without that check we cannot keep the form free of spam; if you would rather not use it, call or email us directly.
• Google (Tag Manager): loads measurement scripts, strictly within the consent you gave in the cookie banner.

6. Your rights

You may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have the processing restricted, object to the processing, and request your data in a portable file. Send your request to info@vwa.agency . If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
